Refund policy
1. Scope. This policy applies to downloadable digital products sold under the EKO Industrials brand by EKO ONLINE BUSINESS LLC through the EKO Industrials Shopify store. EKO Industrials is a brand of EKO ONLINE BUSINESS LLC. It does not apply to services.
2. Before download. Until you have downloaded the product you bought, you may ask for a refund of your purchase by writing to secretariat@ekoonlinebusiness.com with your order reference.
3. After download. A downloaded file cannot be returned. Where applicable law permits, and where, before download, you expressly requested immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, no refund is due for a change of mind once download has begun. If that consent was not obtained, your right of withdrawal applies as applicable law provides.
4. Defective or non-conforming product. If the delivered file is defective, incomplete, unreadable or does not match its description, write to secretariat@ekoonlinebusiness.com. EKO applies the remedies the law gives you, including correction, replacement or refund. This right applies before and after download.
5. How to ask. In writing, to secretariat@ekoonlinebusiness.com, giving the order reference, the product and the reason. EKO aims to reply within 2 working days.
6. Effect of a refund. A refund ends your right to use the refunded product; you stop using it and delete the copies you hold.
7. Information kept. To handle requests, EKO keeps the order reference and date, the version of the terms and of this policy you accepted, your prior consent to download where it was obtained, and the download history.
8. Your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits a right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including as to conformity, refund, withdrawal, remedies and forum. This clause prevails over anything to the contrary.
9. Purchases on a platform. Where the purchase is made on a third-party platform, that platform's refund and dispute rules apply to the extent they govern the transaction, without prejudice to clause 8.
